Where do I park?
There is ample free parking right out the front of our building with level access into the practice.
Do you sell exercise products?
Yes we have a wide range of products such as strapping tapes, dumbbells, swiss balls and exercise bands. If we don't stock something we are more than happy to order it in for you. Please contact reception for further information on products and pricing.
Do your physiotherapists perform acupuncture?
While we do not practise traditional Chinese acupuncture we do perform Western dry needling. We have trained physiotherapists with additional post graduate qualifications to perform these techniques when appropriate. Please feel free to ask if this may be suitable for your complaint/condition.
I have a game/training coming up; can I just come in to get strapped?
Yes. We are more than happy to provide a strapping service; there will just be a small materials charge.
What if I need to cancel my appointment?
If you are unavoidably delayed for your appointment, please let us know as soon as you can, as it helps to plan the remainder of the day. We ask that a cancelled appointment be done at least 6 hours in advance, otherwise a cancellation fee may be payable.
What if I need to see a Specialist or have further scans done?
We have a close working relationship with many of Sydney's top Specialists and Surgeons, who we can refer you onto (via your GP) if we feel necessary or if you would like a second opinion. As physiotherapists we can also refer to for X-rays and magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) scans if required, both of which are located in close proximity to our clinic. Should you require diagnostic ultrasound or a CT we will refer you to your GP, and seek their opinion on further investigations.
